At the beginning of each new year, we celebrate each department by recognizing staff members who stood out the year prior. Each of these individuals exemplifies what it means to live our NCI Values — through ownership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to our customers and each other.

Jon exemplifies exceptional dedication to our customers and a deep commitment to the success of both the sales and services teams. His technical expertise—and his ability to clearly define and explain complex solutions—has consistently elevated the customer experience. Beyond his core role, Jon is always looking for ways to improve processes, support other departments, and help the broader team succeed.
