We provide technology services to both SMBs and enterprise organizations in over 15 states. We have customers in all industries such as financial, healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, and other professional services organizations.
We have multiple locations and team members across the country which allows us to provide support to any business with ease.
- Do you offer onsite support?
We offer contracts with scheduled onsite support. And although most IT issues can be handled remotely, our team does offer onsite support when needed with any help desk tickets.
- What are your help desk hours?
Our help desk is available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm. For emergencies after hours, we have technicians on call. You can speak to a technician at any time by calling our support line at 800.723.5353.
