Teneo is a video-based, online learning platform that is designed to meet the ever-changing training demands of providing employee training in today’s business environment. By using Teneo, Training Coordinators can create custom Lesson Plans for their employees based on position, duty, or previous learning skills. Each user will see the content specifically chosen for them through a Lesson Plan when they access Teneo. The custom Lesson Plan will contain learning videos for each software application the training coordinator has selected. The user can view each video on demand from any computer with access to the Internet.

The training videos are viewed on the user’s computer screen. While watching the videos, users will be able to follow along in the application and work on the skills presented in the video. Upon watching all of the videos in a selected section, the users will be presented with a test on that skill. Video history and test results are stored directly in the Teneo interface, so users will always know what information they have completed and have yet to complete.

Training Coordinators will have access to user reports in a portal where they can view active Lesson Plans, active users, and reports based on videos and tests assigned to users. Here they can see which videos have not been viewed, those that have been viewed, and pass or fail statistics for tests. These reports can be viewed for each user, Lesson Plan, or for the entire organization.
